About

Ecomondo International Buyers Program is the loyalty and development programme involving international delegates.  
Implemented by Ecomondo in synergy with the ICE Agency and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI), it promotes dialogue and business relations by involving over 315 international buyers (2023 figure), increasing networking and business opportunities for companies.

The perfect candidate for Ecomondo International Buyers Program is a professional with decisional power in purchasing (purchasing managers, company managers and CEOs) in the ecological transition sectors

In particular:

BUSINESS MEETINGS WITH MY AGENDA

Organise business meetings with Italian and non-Italian exhibitors thanks to the My Agenda platform. Access to appointments allows you to contact exhibitors and organise your own agenda of meetings during the month before the event.

The appointment system makes participation in the event profitable and takes place online via My Agenda.

► HOW IT WORKS
Buyers fill in the profiling form while sellers fill in the offer form. 
After filling in the form directly from their reserved area, they can contact the operators present by selecting them thanks to an effective search engine. Once the appointments have been confirmed, the system generates an agenda that allows the buyer to arrive at the fair with a precise schedule of meetings at the stands.
During Ecomondo, appointments last about 20 minutes each and are held in the International Delegations Lounge.
